Hints of lead pencil shavings are infused with a truffle like flavors that combine to show spice and earthiness. Layers of very finely integrated tannins combine with refined fruit flavors to offer an elegant yet long lasting finish that is classically dry and rewarding. This wine will develop and mature to optimum drinkability from 2010 – 2018.

Suggestion: Decant prior to consumption.

The Jem is grown, made and bottled on the Waterford Estate.
