Georgi Enthoven Charvel –President/Owner
Georgi is a born traveler with a passion for exploring different cultures, people, and environments. She was born and raised in South Africa, but has since lived on four other continents, and a total of six countries (South Africa, Canada, England, United States, Australia & Mexico). She has remained passionate about South Africa, its diversity and spirit. Through Yellowwood Wine Company, Georgi enjoys promoting the best of South Africa internationally.
As a UC Berkeley undergraduate, Georgi focused on international development, and then spent nearly a decade promoting consumer products in high growth industries. Prior to launching Yellowwood Wine Company, Georgi earned her Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, Class of 2001.
Having launched Yellowwood Wine Company in 2002, Georgi has built a successful national import company, partnering with many of the top distributors across the US. Leveraging her strategic, market-focused background, Georgi brings a fresh and enthusiastic approach to the wine industry.
Georgi is married to Roberto Charvel, and they have a daughter called Sienna, and another baby on the way.
